Terms & Conditions

Cancellation/Amendments by the customer prior to the activity date: We understand that sometimes things go wrong and there may be rare cases where you need to reschedule your session. ExploreBoatTrips will reschedule on another date or refund your trip according to the table below. If you decide to cancel/postpone your booking, this is what you can expect:

• Up to 3 days before – 100% refund
• Between 3 days and 1 day before – 50% refund
• Less than 1 day before – Zero refund

Cancellation/Amendments by us prior to the activity date: There may be times when we need to make necessary changes to existing bookings due to extreme weather or staff sickness (rare). In these cases, we will do what we can to let you know of changes prior to the start of your trip and we will discuss the options available.
